Subscribers will benefit from automatically renewed coffee fulfillments and subscriptions, the ability to pause, edit and cancel subscriptions, a personalized customer portal and receive collection recommendations to add to their subscription.

• Subscription Term: The subscription term begins on the date of enrollment and continues for the duration specified in the subscription plan selected by the subscriber. Renewal terms and conditions will apply upon the expiration of the initial subscription term.

• Subscription Fees: Subscribers are required to pay the applicable subscription fees as outlined in the chosen subscription plan. Fees are payable in advance for each billing cycle and are subject to change with prior notice.

• Billing Cycle: Billing cycles are determined based on the subscription plan selected and are typically weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Subscribers will be billed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle using the payment method provided at the time of subscription.

• Cancellation and Refunds: Subscribers may cancel their subscription by following the cancellation procedure specified by the Company. Cancellation requests received after the commencement of a billing cycle will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining unused portion of the subscription term.
